Hi SH Son I have already checked with our about SN list and found out below result. There are 4190pcs shipped in 2019, 6488pcs shipped before 2020 July. It means them out warranty time. So this issue need Fii Sales and ALT discuss about cost for RMA them. I think, ALT should provide us detail each SN correct with each issue need to RMA Thanks |

Hi An, ALT and FII spent a lot of time arguing on RMA process. As a result, ALT haven't had an RMA in the past 3 years and paying the storage cost for around 20,000 units. Furthermore, LED defect was defined part defect (warranty period) Please discuss FII taiwan biz team first. Thanks SON |
